1. About the service

CloudTrips is a personal trip planning app at cloudtrips.uk, operated as a private project. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from a compromised password.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your data

You own your trip data. We store it to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

5. Service availability

CloudTrips is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for any data loss — we recommend keeping your own backups of important trip information.

6. PDF export

PDF export uses a third-party rendering service and is subject to a monthly usage limit. If the limit is reached, export will be temporarily unavailable. No refunds are offered for periods of unavailability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudTrips is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or other damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
